By creating an account on HorizonX, you agree to abide by these terms. If you are using HorizonX on behalf of an institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

User Responsibilities

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not use the platform to generate deepfakes, misinformation, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
  • Ethical Research: You agree to use the AI tools in accordance with established academic and professional ethical standards.

Intellectual Property

  • Your Data: You retain full ownership of the original research data you upload.
  • AI Outputs: HorizonX grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the insights generated by our AI for your research purposes.
  • Platform Rights: HorizonX retains all rights to the software, interface, and proprietary AI models.

Limitation of Liability

HorizonX provides AI-generated insights "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for any errors, omissions, or decisions made based on AI suggestions. Research should always be verified by the human user.
